What’s in the 2-visit and 4-visit plans.

Both plans include the same full clean every visit. The difference is how often we come, and how tight the storm-season coverage is.

2-visit annual plan

One visit in late winter to early spring, ahead of storm season, and one in autumn after the bulk of leaf drop. A solid fit for homes with moderate tree canopy or a steeper roof pitch that sheds debris reasonably well.

4-visit annual plan

A visit roughly every season. The better fit for homes directly under heavy jacaranda, plane tree, fig or camphor laurel canopy, box gutters on Federation terraces, or anywhere overflow has been a repeat problem.
